With unparalleled energy, effort, and enthusiasm Chris Smith joined Wright Properties at the beginning of 2021. Chris’s joins us from the world of collegiate athletics where he was a pitching coach and recruiting specialist. He spent several years at the Division 1 level and has coached more than a dozen players who went on to play professionally and even 2 major leaguers! Chris brings the same dedication for his athletes to his clients with a detail-oriented process catered to each client’s wants and needs.
Growing up in Northwest Indiana, Chris has an intimate understanding of the local region and a fondness of what makes the area unique and special. Chris is a proud member of the St. Joseph Rotary Club and advisor with the St. Joseph High School Interact Club. His wife Tracey Giannola grew up in St. Joseph where her parents Joe and Karla Giannola have lived for over 40 years. Chris and Tracey live in St. Joe with their two dogs Albie and Daisy.

David joins our team after an accomplished career in the financial markets. He has a deep passion for real estate and has been investing in Michigan properties for over 25 years.
Deeply rooted in Southwest Michigan, David grew up on a fruit farm and spent his summers as a Lifeguard along the local Lake Michigan beaches. His passion for the uniqueness of our area is demonstrated by his local properties and interests, including a small wine vineyard.
David has lived along the southern end of Lake Michigan his entire life, from Saint Joseph to downtown Chicago. He currently resides in Northwest Indiana with his wife Jennifer and children CJ and Suzanne.
